Lifeline® New Zealand

I worked on a series of illustrations for Lifeline Aotearoa to support their mental health education materials. The aim was simple: make visuals that could explain the tough stuff—topics that are hard to talk about—clearly and without overcomplicating things.

The style leaned low-poly, grainy, and a little nostalgic. Shapes were simplified, colours muted but intentional, giving the illustrations personality without getting in your face. Each piece had to stand alone if needed, but also work as part of a set across slides, handouts, and digital materials.

The process was straightforward. Sketch, refine, adjust shapes and colour, repeat. Focused on keeping the visuals readable and approachable. The goal was clarity, simplicity, and just enough character to make the set feel cohesive.
